Duinrand - 9830 - Cottage

At a beautiful place in the forest, south of De Koog and near the beach, you find our brand new holiday houses.

These holiday houses are luxury and are build in Texel style. The houses have a garden and terrace, so you can really enjoy the sun.

The ground floor:

Entry and hall with storage room, toilet, stairs, coat stand and mirror
Living room with fireplace ( November 2014 ), sitting corner and dining area.
Kitchen with induction hob.
Bed room with two single beds, wardrobe and a television.
Bath room with rain shower, sun shower, shower chair en wash basin with mirror and small cabinet.
The bath room and bed room are separated by a sliding door.

The first floor:

Two bed rooms both with two single beds, wardrobe and roller blind.
Bath room with wash basin, whirlpool, shower and toilet.
Storage room with child’s cot, high chair and play pen.

The houses are fully fitted with among other thins: washing machine, dryer, flatscreen television, blu ray player, radio cd player, cabinet, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffeemaker, coffee maker and kettle.

Free wireless internet is available. Towels and bed linen is for rent ( not compulsory). One pet is allowed. For a second pet, please contact the owner. Child’s cot and play pen free at request ( linen for the child’s cot is to be brought by yourself)

- Young people under 21 years old are welcome if accompanied by their parents.
