Duynzoom 3 is a spacious, luxurious 8-person holiday villa with a Finnish sauna and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The cosy living room is wonderfully light and has a panoramic view through the fully glazed front that extends to the ridge. The glazed front can also be completely folded open so that you can optimally connect the living room with the garden. In the spacious living room, you will find an open kitchen with a large dining table, spacious sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy wood-burning stove.
The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances and is furnished by a new generation of interior designers. Here you will find a combi-microwave, Quooker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a wine climate cabinet.
In the basement, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a glass ceiling strip along its entire length; this is part of the living room floor.
In the basement, you will also find a 4-person Finnish sauna where you can fully relax.
On the upper floor, there are the other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bath and/or shower.
Note: The number of bedrooms used will be adjusted to the number of guests you book for. For example, if you come with four people, two bedrooms will be prepared for you (one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs will be closed). If you want to use more bedrooms, please contact us.
The large glazed front in the living room opens onto the lovely sunny, sheltered terrace with a lounge set, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy the outdoor life. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds here. The spacious garden has slopes and differences in level, and due to well-thought-out planting, you have a lot of privacy.
The holiday villa has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and parking space for one car per villa.
The house is equipped with a cot, high chair, and stair gates, which you can use free of charge.
