Duinvilla Wellness 6 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on the beautiful island of Texel.

Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open-plan kitchen.
The sand-coloured kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and a built-in fridge with freezer.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the bathroom (en-suite).

A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor, where you will find two more bedrooms (one large and one smaller) and a spacious bathroom with an infrared sauna.
Both bedrooms are furnished with two single beds.
Both bathrooms are stylishly finished with rain showers, and the bathroom on the first floor also features a freestanding bath.

The garden includes a pergola and a hot tub, heated by a heat pump.
You can also enjoy outdoor cooking in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

The holiday home has 2 private parking spaces.
