The Duinvilla Wellness 5 is a new, luxurious detached villa, located on the beautiful island of Texel.

Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.
The sand-coloured kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and a built-in fridge with freezer.

On the ground floor, there is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed* and direct access to the bathroom.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor, where you will find 2 further bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet.

Both bathrooms are stylishly finished. The bathroom on the first floor also features a semi-freestanding bath and an infrared sauna.
