The Duinvilla Wellness 4 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on the beautiful island of Texel.

Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open-plan kitchen.
The sand-coloured kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and a built-in fridge with freezer.

On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor, featuring:
- A large bedroom
- A bathroom with a semi-freestanding bath
- An extra room furnished as a kids’ room/playroom for our youngest guests

Both bathrooms are stylishly finished, and there is also an infrared sauna.

The garden includes a pergola and a hot tub, heated by a heat pump.
You can also enjoy outdoor cooking in the outdoor kitchen.

There is 1 private parking space directly next to the holiday home.
