The accommodation of Duin en Zee Texel is uniquely situated. Directly on the edge of the Woods and 5 min walk to the beach. All rooms are recently new built and each one has his private garden with garden furniture. The rooms can be rented without breakfast, with breakfast (+ 5.00 p/p) or breakfast on the beach at Beach house "Paal 19" (small 7.50 p/p – rich12.50 p/p) During the stay you can express your wishes in this respect. At our accommodation we have a lockable bicycle shed with power supply to charge e-bikes.
We are Sander and Ellen and will make it during your stay as pleasant as possible. If you have special requests, please let us know and we will see if we can arrange it.
Located on the edge of the forest, the dunes and the beach. It is an ideal place for a pleasant holiday in the beautiful surroundings. From one of our rooms, you can choose from daily bike rides or walks that are abundant on your stay. You can walk or cycle from B & B Duin en Zee into the National Park dunes of Texel in that's about 43 km². This nature area got in the spring of 2002 the official status of national park. The park has many walking routes with red, yellow, blue and green poles. The Green routes are only outside the breeding season, freely accessible. Through the park and around whole Texel are several bike paths an they will lead you in 20 minutes at the Slufter. The village of Den Burg is 22 minutes by bike. A 5-minute walk through the forest trail to the beach at paal 19. Also, are you in a 5-minute walk in the pleasant village of de Koog where a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bicycle rental shops. Your Bikes can be loged in our cabin stalls. The charging of the batteries it is also possible there.
